The project consists of an eight building campus with a central enclosed courtyard. Two of the buildings, the cafeteria and gymnasium, were "hurricane hardened" for storm protection. The eighteen-acre site included soccer, baseball, tennis, and track facilities. This project was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
